These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of KavoAgent websites, forms, software, and communication services.
Acceptance and eligibility
By using KavoAgent, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.
Services
KavoAgent provides CRM, lead-management, scheduling, workflow, and communication tools. Features may change, be suspended, or require third-party services. KavoAgent does not guarantee a real-estate transaction, lead conversion, uninterrupted availability, or a particular business result.
Acceptable use
You may not use KavoAgent unlawfully, misrepresent consent, send spam, upload malicious content, access another customer's workspace, interfere with security, or contact people in violation of applicable telemarketing, privacy, real-estate, or consumer-protection laws. Customers are responsible for the accuracy and lawful collection of the data they submit.
SMS Terms
Program name: KavoAgent SMS
By checking the SMS consent box or otherwise providing documented express consent, you agree to receive conversational text messages from KavoAgent concerning your inquiry, appointments, reminders, follow-ups, and service updates at the mobile number provided.
- Consent is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.
- Message frequency varies.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to cancel. After opting out, you may receive one confirmation message.
- Reply HELP for help or email support@kavoagent.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Not all mobile devices or carriers may be supported.
We may suspend messaging when required for safety, compliance, carrier rules, or system maintenance. Your mobile opt-in information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and is not sold or shared for third-party marketing.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, safeguarding credentials, and notifying us of suspected unauthorized access. Activity performed through your account may be treated as authorized by you.
Third-party services
KavoAgent may integrate with third-party providers. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and KavoAgent is not responsible for third-party outages or acts outside our control.
Intellectual property
KavoAgent software, branding, interfaces, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No ownership rights are transferred except for the limited right to use the service under these terms.
Disclaimer and limitation
To the extent permitted by law, services are provided “as is” and “as available.” KavoAgent disclaims implied warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the services.
Termination
We may restrict or terminate access for violations, security risks, nonpayment, legal requirements, or misuse. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. The date above identifies the current version.
